The list above is not exhaustive — it’s simply a guide to the types of services we offer most often. We can handle just about any residential repair or improvement, with the exception of major electrical or plumbing projects that require specialized licensing.
Rental Hygiene provides scheduled maintenance and renovation services for rental properties only.
We do not handle emergency repairs or after-hours work.
There is no service call fee for vacant properties or exterior projects that don’t require scheduling with tenants. However, a $75 service call fee applies to tenant-occupied properties where scheduling access is required.
Our standard turnaround time for estimate requests is 2–3 business days, and 3–4 business days for larger scopes.
