Rental Hygiene provides maintenance, repair, and renovation services exclusively for rental properties. We work with property managers, real estate investors, and landlords to keep their homes in top condition.


We do not take on owner-occupied or personal home projects at this time.


No — Rental Hygiene focuses on scheduled, non-emergency maintenance and renovations.


We do not provide 24/7 or emergency services. This allows our team to plan work efficiently and maintain a consistent level of quality.


If you’re a tenant experiencing an emergency (such as active water leaks, fire, or electrical hazards), please contact your property manager or local emergency services immediately.


No service call fee is charged for vacant properties or exterior jobs where tenant scheduling isn’t required.
 

A $75 service call fee applies for tenant-occupied properties that require scheduling access with residents.


Turnaround time for standard estimate requests is typically 2–3 business days, depending on workload and scope.

Larger or more complex projects may take 3–4 business days for accurate pricing and material review.


Yes. Rental Hygiene is licensed and insured in the State of Tennessee. Our technicians and subcontractors are qualified professionals with years of experience in residential maintenance and renovation work.


Generally, no. To maintain consistency and accuracy, all tenant and owner communication is handled through our office team. Our technicians focus entirely on completing the work. This ensures tenants receive clear, professional communication and prevents any confusion about repair details or property conditions.
 


Yes. We provide before-and-after photos and completion notes.


This is especially helpful for out-of-state owners, property managers, and compliance documentation.


We currently serve Chattanooga, Red Bank, Hixson, East Ridge, Ooltewah, and surrounding areas.


For properties just outside this range, contact us — we may still be able to help or refer you to a trusted partner.


No — we handle light electrical and plumbing work only, such as outlet/switch replacement, fixture installation, faucet or toilet swaps, and shut-off valve repairs.


Major electrical or plumbing projects that require specialized licensing can be referred to trusted trade partners.

We review new submissions daily and will respond within one business day.


We accept ACH, check, or card payments.


Invoices are issued within 2 business days after completion. 


Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and materials. If there’s an issue related to our work within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll make it right.
