Practice Good Rental Hygiene

Rental Hygiene provides scheduled maintenance and renovation services for rental properties only. 

We do not handle emergency repairs or after-hours work. 

There is no service call fee for estivacant properties or exterior projects that don’t require scheduling with tenants. However, a $75 service call fee applies to tenant-occupied properties where scheduling access is required.

Our standard turnaround time for estimate requests is 2–3 business days, and 3–4 business days for larger scopes.
